Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. (MHRC) complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and is in compliance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and the Children and Families Operating Procedure (CFOP) 60-10, Chapter 4 entitled “Auxiliary Aids and Services for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.” MHRC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or genetic information.
Sign language interpretation services and language interpretation/translation services are provided to individuals at no cost. If you need assistance, please let our staff know or contact MHRC Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at (904) 743-1883 ext. 7106 or email adacoordinator@mhrcflorida.com.
If you believe that MHRC has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, national origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or genetic information, you can file a grievance with the MHRC Single Point of Contact at 904-743-1883 ext. 7106, in writing at PO Box 19249 Jacksonville, Fl 32245, or email at adacoordinator@mhrcflorida.com.
